How does the video production process work?

If you are looking for more insight into our video production process, this is a breakdown of what the production process looks like when you partner with Noremac Creative. We take pride in providing you with a collaborative experience, and our production process involves multiple touchpoints and approvals to give you a clear understanding of what your video will look like, and the goals we are trying to accomplish.

Concept kick-off discussion(s)

Whether you have an idea for your video or are starting from scratch, we will conduct a series of kick-off discussions to gain a shared understanding of what we are trying to achieve. The kick-off will identify your target audience, format, platform, and initial creative ideas.

Approval of video concept(s)

After the kick-off discussion, you will be presented with a creative brief explaining the concept and deliverables. You have the opportunity to approve the concept and direction before you sign the service agreement.

Contract and service agreement

The contract and service agreement will include the price, deliverables, and timeline for your project.

Script and storyboard review and approval

In this stage, you will have the opportunity to approve the script and storyboard for your video. If your video is interview-based, you will receive an outline for the interview questions.

Scheduling shooting/recording

A shooting schedule will be provided with locations, call times, crew, and important information for the video shooting day.

Video shoot

We will conduct the shooting day. Keep in mind that we will arrange for time to set up equipment and record. Set-up times can sometimes exceed recording times.

First edit

The first edit for your video will be delivered at a specified date. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request edits.

Second edit

The second edit for your video will be delivered at a specified date. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request edits. This is the final opportunity for edit requests for your video unless we agree to other terms.

Final edit

Your final edit will be delivered in the specified format.

Publish

Your final step will be to publish your video to your channels for distribution.
