Q1 2024 Review - Opportunity and Appreciation

Every morning I open my inbox, I am hoping to see some type of new inquiry into Noremac. Many days I can clear out my inbox in a few minutes or less. It makes the days that I have a lot of client interaction even sweeter. The video above features some frames of a beautiful morning in the Arkansas River valley. The images give me a feeling of hope and I write this post with a renewed sense of hope and gratitude. I have just completed my first ever, first quarter review for Noremac and I’d like to share some of my learnings with you.

After this first quarter, I am not meeting my business goals. My revenue goals are short of what I had initially planned. Despite this, I have brought in revenue, and with some exploration and continued development, I can meet this initial goal before the end of the year. As I reflect on the beginning of the year, I am excited about the development of my digital presence, and I am so grateful to my clients and collaborators. In this first quarter, I have had the opportunity to create many new relationships and I am looking forward to establishing more as the year progresses.

As a business owner, you take on so many different jobs and responsibilities. Over the years I have watched my wife serve her business in so many different areas, and now in this first year of Noremac, I understand the many burdens that small business owners carry. Along with that, it gives me so much respect for the professionals out there who are working in the trenches for their employers. It takes time to do things well and there is so much to learn in any given profession. So whoever you are, and whatever you do, keep kickin' ass.
